No exchange or returns accepted on books, patterns or glass. All other items must be returned or exchanged within 15 days of receipt. The item must be insured and received by us in new condition. Return shipping charges are at the customer expense. All shipments are insured with the carrier (for example UPS or USPS) replacement of damaged items will conform to their shipping policies.

Class Fee Refunds

A full refund of the class fee will be made when you cancel no later than 7 days prior to the class. If Village Glass Works cancels the class we will issue refund in full including the registration fee. We will notify you by e-mail at least 3 days prior to the cancellation.
