Shipping Policy

All the variables involved with packing and shipping cannot be pre assigned to the products ordered from Village GlassWorks. We will make ever effort to ship you order for the cost associated with the selected shipping method. We reserve the right to change the shipping method to accommodate the cost invoiced for shipping.

We will communicate by e-mail any changes to the shipping method. If we determine the shipping cost billed is inadequate we will request by e-mail for you to call our toll free number for authorization of additional charges.

We reserve the right to cancel any transaction when we cannot communicate with the person who made the purchase.

You have the right to cancel the order at any time prior to shipment. We do not bill your card until the order is ready to ship.

All orders include a small handling charge and a charge for signature required. Our merchant service requires we make every effort to obtain proof of delivery.

The United States Postal Service (U.S.P.S) rates are without dimensional weight or oversized package calculations.

The United Parcel Service (UPS) rates displayed do not necessarily represent the actual UPS shipping rates.

The Federal Express (FedEx) rates displayed do not necessarily represent the actual FedEx shipping rates.

Freight collect charges are for the larger kilns. The actual charge cannot be determined until the kiln and accessories ordered are ready for shipment. Your invoice will include a small handling charge which is shown by selecting the USPS first class shipping method.
